Join the Wild Blossoms Team as a Studio Manager/ Senior Floral Designer!
Are you an experienced floral designer who loves creating beautiful, bespoke designs? Wild Blossoms Floral Co, located in the idyllic seaside town of Port Macquarie on the Mid North Coast, is looking for a talented Studio Manager/ Senior Floral Designer to join our team on a casual part-time basis.
In this role, you’ll lead by example in managing the studio and designing unique florals for everything from daily deliveries to luxurious weddings and events. Your keen eye for detail, love for blooms, and collaborative spirit will ensure the smooth flow of creativity and high-quality service in our studio.
What we’re looking for:
Extensive floral design experience with a creative and detail-focussed approach
A natural leader who enjoys working as part of a close-knit, collaborative team
A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
Certificate IV in floral design (or equivalent experience and training)
